Hello, my name is Nadia.  I am 17 years old, and I live in the midst of an Ohio cornfield with the most wonderful family in the world.  My baby brother is 16 years old, and 8 inches taller than me.  My loving parents are both 37 years old and surrendering to my will and God's to let me go to South Africa with the First Year Missions Program for which God is changing me, my goals, and my focus. God has given me the ability to possess ridiculous amounts of compassion and love.  Without these two qualities, I would be a shell of the person who God is molding me to be.  I love adventure and anything out of the ordinary.  I am very difficult to get used to because I am a little zaney.  Reading allows me to escape from reality when I need to. My coordination is lacking; I fall and walk into random objects all the time.

However, despite this issue I love playing softball, volleyball,

raquetball(don't actually know the rules), and working out on the frog machine at the YMCA.  I wear my pajamas whenever I can, and I love wildflowers.  Hot rainy days are my very favorite.  I am thrilled that I am going to be spending 9 months in Africa doing God's work with some extraordinary people, and I can't wait to get to meet all of you.
